PS Certified Store
The ‘PlayStation Store for PlayStation Certified Devices’ is currently only available on a handful of Android devices, both Sony Tablets, the Sony Ericsson Xperia PLAY and the Sony Xperia S.
The Sony Tablets and the Xperia Play have the apps you require pre-installed, however the Sony Mobile Xperias require you do download the installation files separately.
If you have a Sony Mobile Xperia, you’ll need to follow PlayStation.com’s installation guide which contains links to the applications, so it’s advised that you view this on your mobile and over WiFi.
Once installed you can access the PlayStation Store via the familiar icon. Once games are purchased and downloaded they will be available to play within the app list or via PS Pocket, which will group your games making them easier to find and launch.
Even though purchasing games uses the same SEN account as your PS3 and PSP, if you have previously purchased a title that is available on both stores, you’ll have to re-purchase the title on the other store. Which is a major annoyance. However, if you own one or more PlayStation Certified Device, you can re-download your purchased games to each device.
